What does “King’s Cross” mean?
Borrowing an image from the crossing of three roads in nineteenth century London, marked by a statue of a king, King’s Cross is an intersection, a public marker in the middle of traffic.
King’s cross is a place where Reign and Redemption, Sovereignty and Sacrifice, meet publicly for all to see. All other destinations gain their true purpose by first passing through King’s Cross. It is a place where God’s grace and our ultimate security, meet. It is the King’s Cross.
